Sea Urchins thrive in our Northeastern cool waters, and we are surrounded by the most talented teams any industry could enjoy. From the divers who harvest the live urchins, to the drivers who haul convoys from auctions, to the talented, patient processors who provide color graded Uni for shipping Worldwide.

Harvested by hand in Scarborough, Maine, the roe of the Sea Urchin is extremely fragile and must be handled with the utmost care. There is a very short window of optimal flavor and texture, making fresh Uni even more luxurious.

We take pride in our teams hard work and relentless effort in providing such a treat. We love Maine and are very lucky to live and work in such a vibrant, resourceful, and hard working community.
